Physical
Physical performance is a foundational pillar for optimal wellbeing in all humans and is magnified in military personnel.
An improved level of physical performance results in your body becoming a tool rather than a burden which is essential when you are managing physical injuries. Improving performance optimizes body mechanics and physiology, allowing you to handle daily life with ease, and tackle larger physical events with optimal effectiveness. Having a body that is performing at a high level is also fundamental in maintaining a strong immune system and slowing down tissue deterioration especially when you have a physical injury.
At LIMITLESS we conduct assessments and collect data upfront so we have a clear picture on your current standing. We conduct functional health assessments pertaining to biomechanics, chronobiology and performance based nutrition. Additionally, each client will have access to our adaptive training database. With this diagnostic data we can then appropriately craft your unique plan, including the relevant practitioners, therapies and treatments.

Mental
Emotional regulation, lack of purpose and mental health are all areas that are nationally declining especially in the population of injured veterans. These elements often lead our veterans to experience challenges with PTSD, addiction, and aggression all seemingly without anyone to turn to who understands.
Veterans have built a great deal of mental robustness throughout their careers, and it is vital it is transferred into civilian life. Strong mental robustness is crucial for managing and improving one’s performance in multiple domains: relational, social and professional. When mental performance is improved overall quality of life is enhanced which leads to a more fulfilling life.
At LIMITLESS we address this need through a pragmatic approach. We conduct individual mental health assessments centering around identity mapping in order to support clients on their road to figuring out who they are post injury. We also connect clients with mental health practitioners they personally align with, who understand the military mindset. We work closely with our clients to guide them through the importance of nervous system regulation and the importance of sleep quality. We enable our veterans to overcome their personal battles and step into the best version of themselves.

Camaraderie
Military personnel are unique in how camaraderie is engrained and reinforced fostering their preparedness to work together as a unit. Camaraderie leads to an enhanced level of physical and mental performance for everyone involved. This also carries over to a fulfillment with family and friends outside of the military community.
Connection with others directly affects a veterans outlook on life and fosters growth in individual self-identity and sense of purpose, which directly effects those they interact with on a daily basis.
At LIMITLESS we work together to build a strong community through bi-monthly training workshops, group strategy sessions where we work as a collective to discuss the LIMITLESS programs focusing on what can be improved, and also utilizing peer support through our Fireteam program. We work to strengthen our own self identities through strategic goal setting and finding our purpose in this life. Lastly, we ensure we impact the wider community of veterans through fundraising events for selected charities, volunteering for veteran charities and hosting family events where service men and women and their families can come together and just have a good time.
