Coaching Philosphy
At Limitless we are founded on the three pillars of physical performance, mental robustness, and camaraderie all while instilling a sense of purpose in each individual person.
We conduct initial assessments and collect relevant data which is essential to create your unique relevant goals, and to ensure progress towards those outcomes. Next, we conduct functional health assessments pertaining to biomechanics, chronobiology and performance based nutrition. These assessments are unique to every client because every client has a unique injury, health history and personal lifestyle. Additionally, by using an adaptive training approach to physical training each client will have a training program that is tailored to them. The emphasis is to not be held back by your limitations, but to become a stronger individual both physically and mentally despite of them. With this diagnostic data we can appropriately craft your unique plan, and include the relevant practitioners, therapies and treatments that are deemed appropriate.
To address the importance of mental robustness we conduct individual mental health assessments centering around identity mapping in order to support clients on their road to figuring out who they are post injury. This first step is vital because it is a challenging transition from having mental robustness when you are serving in the military, to being able to take that mental robustness and transfer it to the civilian world. We also collaborate with mental health practitioners who are experienced with the military mindset and who have found themselves in similar situations, thus allowing you to select the best practitioner for yourself. We believe this is important so that clients will feel comfortable opening up and start to ask themselves the hard questions. We also work closely with our clients to guide them through the importance of nervous system regulation and sleep quality. We need to prioritize taking care of our own bodies and minds so that we can positively impact our personal and professional relationships, and have a positive impact on the wider veteran community through the best version of you.
Lastly, we focus on the pillar of Camaraderie. This pillar is unique because it is threaded throughout the others. Building a powerful sense of camaraderie is essential for us to work together to build a solid community. This is done through LIMITLESS initiatives such as bi-monthly training workshops, group strategy sessions, and our Fireteam peer support program. To confirm, LIMITLESS is not a passive organization. We are proactively at your back helping you clear the obstacles ahead. Lastly, we ensure we impact the wider community of veterans through volunteering and fundraising events for military oriented charities. We also host family events where Limitless members can come together, have a good time, while allowing your family to be a part of this process with you. We believe that a strong sense of camaraderie helps to strengthen each individual which in turn strengthens the unit as a whole.
