Frequently asked questions

  • Coaches are guides to help you reach your goals without you having to take a long time reinventing the wheel yourself. Hiring a coach saves you time and energy so you can spend that on what really matters in life. You don't NEED a coach, but if you're here then you probably lack the clarity, direction and accountability to guarantee the results you want.

  • Since coaching is tailored to the individual the cost will differ for each client depending upon the level of assistance they are looking for. I would recommend booking in for a no-obligation 15-minute chat to discuss your particular needs. On this call we will be able to assess your situation, determine if we can help, and explain how we will help. This call also allows you plenty of time to run through any questions you have on the Limitless services.

  • Unlike most programs, we don't place all of our efforts on solely physique. Yes, you will get in great shape but this is a by-product of what we do.

We understand every client has unique needs regarding nutrition, physical performance, cultivating mental robustness and finding their own sense of purpose in life.

Oftentimes navigating life after the military, especially with an injury, can feel confusing and exhausting and it may be a challenge to figure out how to prioritize your goals along with what you need while also building a new identity and purpose in life.

We will guide you with optimizing your physical and mental health all while cultivating your need for camaraderie. As a result you will be able to find a sense of purpose and live a very fulfilling life.

  • Adaptive exercise is when exercise programs are tailored to meet the specific needs and limitations of an individual, especially those with disabilities or chronic health conditions, allowing them to participate safely and effectively

Adaptive exercise involves modifying traditional exercises by adjusting equipment, movement patterns, or intensity to suit the individual's abilities.

Adaptive exercise often prioritizes functional movements that help individuals perform everyday activities with greater ease.

  • While I do believe that some online coaching is unsuitable (purchasing a pdf program that you're just left to figure out on your own) Limitless is different in every way. In the gym you would have paid me for three sessions per week which is expensive, and you would have had to fit my schedule which is inconvenient. Then you would spend the other 165hrs of the week on your own, which is not congruent to a great result. Not to mention the fact that personal trainers in a gym just focus mainly on physique, and if they have the qualifications, nutrition may be added. Limitless has combat all of this. To ensure we check all boxes, and provide a coaching service like no other, we focus on the client as whole making sure to address every aspect of their life. This also includes frequent in-person training workshops and events to ensure you having all the support you need.

  • You're right to have reservations and that’s completely fine; however, working with clients with impairments is why we exist. The challenges that impairments bring leads to more learning and individualization within the coaching process. Here at Limitless impairments are seen as a vessel for growth, not a burden.

This being said, while I would love to say we can help you, the reality is I don't know until I find out more about your individual situation. I would like to invite you to book a 15-minute no-obligation chat with Brianna to discuss your situation further

  • That is a good question. While I have not served in the military, and I am not a veteran, Limitless was founded upon the belief that people, regardless of the presence of an injury, are capable of great things. I have grown up with the mentality that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to, you just may have to go about finding a different way to get the thing done. Limitless was founded upon the pillars of physical health, mental robustness and camaraderie. I have adopted these components from an early age and I know they are essential to me being able to met the goals I have set for myself.
